Meta Business Setup
Since SyncFlo connects to your existing WhatsApp infrastructure, you need to set up your business account on Meta first.

Create a Meta Business Portfolio
- Go to business.facebook.com.
- Click "Create an Account".
- Enter your Business Name, Your Name, and Business Email.
- Verify your email address.

Create a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)
Navigate to Settings
In Meta Business Suite, go to Settings > Business Settings.
On the left menu, select Accounts > WhatsApp Accounts.
Create Account
Click Add > Create a new WhatsApp Account.
Follow prompts to name it (e.g., "SyncFlo Support") and set your Timezone.

Add Your Phone Number
Inside your new WhatsApp Account:
- Click Settings > WhatsApp Manager.
- Go to Phone Numbers and click "Add Phone Number".
- Enter your "Clean" phone number (one not used on WhatsApp mobile app).
- Verify it via SMS or Voice Call.

Add a Payment Method (Crucial!)
Meta Requirements
Meta requires a payment method to be attached before you can use the API properly.
- In Business Settings, go to Billing & Payments > Payment Methods.
- Add a Credit/Debit Card.
- Link it to your WABA: Ensure this payment method is assigned to your WhatsApp Business Account.
