Connect to SyncFlo
Now that your business is ready, let's give SyncFlo the keys to drive! 🏎️

Start Connection
Log in to your SyncFlo Dashboard.
Go to WhatsApp > Settings.
Click the "Connect with Facebook" button.

Login & Select
Log in with the Same Facebook Account.
Select Your Portfolio: Choose your business.
Select Your WABA: Choose your WhatsApp account.

Select Number
You will see the phone number you verified.
Select it and click Next.
When you see "You're all set!", click Finish.
Verification Checklist
How do you know it worked?
- Dashboard Status: The "WhatsApp Status" badge in SyncFlo should be Green.
- Test It: Send a message to your WhatsApp number. If it delivers (double tick), you are live!
Troubleshooting
"I don't see my WABA in the list"
Make ensure you are an Admin of the Meta Business Account. Employee access is not enough.
"Message Failed / Red Triangle"
This usually means your Payment Method failed or is missing in Meta. Check Meta Billing.
