The SyncFlo Inbox utilizes Supabase Realtime PostgreSQL replication to sync incoming customer messages and outgoing agent replies with sub-second latency. Agents never need to manually refresh to see updates.

Renders rich text with basic markdown (bold/italic), images, documents, structured products, and real estate properties.

Meta Template Engine

Fetch approved Meta templates automatically. Supports inputting custom parameters before dispatching templates to customers.

2Human Handoff & Auto-Resume

SyncFlo coordinates the handoff between AI automation and human teams. Conversations exist in two primary statuses:

AI Active

Autonomous AI Routing

The AI agent handles queries, searches the connected knowledge base, and recommends e-commerce/property matches. The conversation remains in active status.
Human Active

Escalated Handoff Mode

Toggled via the Takeover button. The conversation moves to escalated. AI responses are fully paused, letting team agents message the customer.

Automatic AI Recovery Timer

To prevent conversations from getting abandoned in handoff mode, SyncFlo schedules an inactive takeover watchdog. If no human agent activity is detected for 30 minutes (configurable via human_takeover_timeout_minutes), the system automatically resumes the AI to maintain responsive engagement.

3Team Collaboration Tools

Teammate Assignment

Assign tickets to specific agents on your team using the built-in dropdown menu.

  • Tracks who assigned the ticket and when.
  • Helps delegate complex support queries.
  • Restricts edit permissions to prevent agent conflicts.

Internal Notes & Mentions

Leave private notes directly inside the conversation thread. These are completely hidden from the customer.

  • Provide crucial handoff context (e.g. "Needs discount approval").
  • Supports tagging teammates using `@Name` syntax.
  • Can be deleted at any time by the author or workspace owner.

4Quick Action Widgets

The Quick Actions menu lets agents dispatch media, catalog links, real estate inventory, or perform direct CRM transactions directly from the chat compose panel.

Media Attachments

Quickly dispatch images and documents with custom filenames and descriptive captions.

E-Commerce Catalogue

Browse and send product cards featuring pricing, descriptions, and product images sourced directly from the connected catalogue database.

Real Estate Matrix

Share structural property cards details containing locality, BHK configs, pricing models, rent tags, and layout images.

Instant CRM Lead Creation

Submit customer inquiries straight into the property lead log (inserts records to 'property_inquiries') with custom agent notes.

Schedule Site Visits

Schedule site viewings and consultations (inserts records to 'site_visits') with precise date and time configurations.

Close & Archive Chat

Clean up the inbox workspace by archiving resolved conversations, which hides them from the active list.
