WhatsApp Integration Guide
A step-by-step guide to connecting your WhatsApp Business Account with SyncFlo AI.
Prerequisites
To ensure a smooth setup, please have the following ready:

A Facebook Account: The personal account of the business owner or an administrator.

A Meta Business Account: This is where your business assets are managed.

An Active WABA: Your official WhatsApp Business Account, linked to your Meta Business Account.

Admin Access: You must have full admin access to both accounts.
Step-by-Step Connection Guide
Navigate to Integrations
Log in to your SyncFlo AI dashboard and click on "Integrations" from the navigation menu.
Initiate the Connection
Locate the WhatsApp card and click the "Connect" button. A secure pop-up window from Facebook will appear.
Follow the Facebook Setup Flow
Inside the secure pop-up, you will be guided through a series of steps by Meta:
- Log In: Sign in to the Facebook account that manages your business.
- Choose Business Account: Select the Meta Business Account you wish to connect.
- Choose WhatsApp Account: Select the specific WABA (WhatsApp Business Account) to use.
- Approve Permissions: You must approve all requested permissions for the integration to work.
Verify the Connection
After the pop-up closes, the Integrations page will refresh. The WhatsApp card should now show a green "Connected" status.
Troubleshooting
"Feature Unavailable" Error
This typically means your Facebook App is in "Live Mode" but hasn't been approved by Meta. Please contact our support team to resolve this.
Don't See Your Business Account/WABA?
This means the Facebook user you logged in with does not have the necessary admin permissions. Please ensure you are using the correct account with full admin rights.
