- Go to Dashboard > WhatsApp > Knowledge > Sources.
- Click Add Source > Files.
- Upload your
Company_Profile.pdf.

Product Manuals / Specialized Info
For Complex Products
Upload actual PDF user manuals. If a user asks "How do I reset?", the AI will read page 42 and give exact steps.

Q&A Pairs (The Precision Tools)
What is a Q&A Pair?
Use this when documents are too vague or you want a specific answer.
Q: "Do you ship to Mars?"
A: "Not yet! Only Earth."
Why use it?
- It overrides broad documents.
- You control exact wording.
- Great for pricing objections.

Don't want to type 100 questions? Let AI do it.
- Upload a large document (e.g., "Employee Handbook").
- In Source list, click ✨ Generate.
- SyncFlo automatically creates 20-50 pairs for you to review.
Testing & Verification
Check the "Test Your Bot" playground. If the AI gives a wrong answer, add a new Q&A pair to "correct" it instantly.
